Ticketing platform Ticketkore has recently launched its smart ticketing and reservations platform, where it provides high technology innovation, to eliminate the rising number of fake and duplicate tickets in the events and conferencing industry.

Launched recently in Johannesburg, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ticketkore Khomotjo Lebepe said the need to develop such a platform was prompted by an appetite to avail a solution that will deliver high-end technology, that will prevent losses that are being incurred by the events industry.

“The market has been positively responsive, so far we have been able to register six events on our smart ticketing platform since the launch of our platform which is less than, and people have been enquiring a lot about TicketKore.”, added Ticketkore CEO, KhomotjoLebepe.

Operating on an already competitive market of ticketing platforms, Ticketkore has an added advantage to source the best innovative technologies that enhances security in the way people make reservations and attend events. Ticketkore platform uses a 256k encryption process, with data being stored in the system.

Added features for clients, Ticketkore has a reporting system on metrics of the attendees of the event and sales analytics, providing on-site support in a form of staff management for clients of all nature, to give them added value for the service offered. Ticketkore provides wristbands of all types, including Tyvek and material type, which is security encrypted with a security chip.

Talking about the future of the brand Ticketkore, Khomotjo Lebepe says they have invested in research, development and system enhancement of the platform.

“We are planning to be Africa’s best ticketing platform. And how we gonna do that, I have set up a research team in West Africa and in the USA already. We collaborate to see what is done on the other end and how we can improve as well as a platform.”, Lebepe concluded.
