Africa’s biggest Amapiano celebration, Betway Presents Scorpion Kings Live with Friends, is pulling out all the stops to ensure fans enjoy a safe, convenient, and unforgettable experience at Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Friday, 29 August 2025. In partnership with Gautrain and PRASA, event-goers will now have access to seamless train travel to and from the stadium, making the journey as exciting as the show itself.
This exclusive transport partnership is designed to provide fans with easy, reliable, and safe travel, while reducing congestion and encouraging responsible celebration at Betway Presents Scorpion Kings Live with Friends.
Fans can take the Gautrain from any Gautrain station directly to Pretoria Station, where they will be guided to dedicated PRASA trains heading to Loftus Stadium. The PRASA trains to Loftus will run from 13:30 (1:30 PM) until 20:30 (8:30 PM), ensuring smooth arrivals for the pre-show and main event. Standard Gautrain fares apply, while PRASA is offering an exclusive R20 return ticket special for the day.
To ensure fans can party without worrying about transport, both Gautrain and PRASA are extending their services late into the night, meaning PRASA trains will depart from Loftus Stadium back to Pretoria Station between 23:00 (11 PM) and 01:30 AM, with the final PRASA train leaving Loftus at 01:30 AM. From there, passengers can connect directly to the Gautrain at Pretoria Station, with the final Gautrain service departing at 01:45 AM.
This means fans can fully immerse themselves in the music and the historic atmosphere, knowing that safe, reliable transport is available for them after the show.
Scorpion Kings Live with Friends promises more than just a concert – it’s a full-day celebration of music and culture. The pre-show lineup will set the pace with performances from 25K, Banques, Dlala Thukzin, Blxckie, Venom, Vinny Da Vinci, DBN Gogo, DJ Christos, Ba Bethe Ga Shoazen, and Dinho.
The main stage then comes alive with a historic lineup including special guest Davido and an honorary moment for the legendary Caiphus Semenya.
